The building can be plundered if it isn't motivated. The coin production is affected by the town's happiness and by boosts of certain Great Buildings or Castle System and it gains additional boosts after being upgraded in the form of medals and goods. The Privateer's Boathouse provides population, happiness and produces coins in 24 hours. The Privateer's Boathouse is a special residential building given as a reward during the 2022 Summer Event.
